Horrible customer service and management. This place does not care about its customers. The meat is not fresh at all.
I have been ordering turkey and provolone on the grill for 20 years. This time the person who took my order tells me that they... can?t do it because they cannot put raw meats on the grill. What ??? Recommend training personnel to avoid possible escalationsof nonsense circumstances. The rest of the staff with quite poor costumer service as well. Read more
Jersey Mike has the worst leadership in management and it reflects on the employees. My visit today was the worst experience... ever. First, there was no indication that the self serve soda machine was not working until the employee at the register took mymoney. Then proceeded to tell me that it would be more for a bottle drink if I choose to get one. Why weren't the employeesdirected to inform customers that the soda machine was broken and second why take my money then tell me. Lastly, my sub was noteven finished. It was bread and meat and I explicitly told them I wanted the Mike's Way. I'm never going back to this locationever again. Read more
Very pushy and condescending employees. WAY overpriced mediocre sandwiches. And I was not even asked if I would like any... condiments (lettuce, tomato, etc.), just wrapped it up and threw it in front of me like I was a bother to them. Avoid thisplace! Read more
In a two week. I received three Subs each with under 2 oz of meat in them I complain they gave me a credit I went back and got... some real Subs. I think the franchisee needs to get more involved and spend more time in the store change that it is staffedwith nothing but kids. Don't get me wrong they are nice kids but without proper constant supervision they are going to losetheir focus. Worst experience ever , will not return ever again. Place is dirty, young kids working with bad attitude. Whole restaurant was... dirty. Mangers bad attitude. Cut our sub on the counter and not on anything. Read more
