Somebody ,please,explain it to me, why barista started to make two other drinks for customers that wasn?t there to pick up... their orders after asking what was my name? I placed mobile order and came into Starbucks after estimated time when my ordershould be ready. I was waiting when she( barista) completed to make those two drinks for good 7 minutes , she eventually made mydrink for less then a minute! Why she couldn?t make my drink first, because I was already there waiting!? Some individuals donot have common sense. I?m a frequent customer and deserve better customer service. Read more
Slooooow service. Staff standing around talking and gossiping. Serve drive through first. Then get around to walk ins. Waited 20... minutes for a black coffee with nothing in it. Seriously like 7 people working there BS'ing. How do they even stay in business? Read more
It's hard to leave a Starbucks disappointed but for my family this was a total disaster. The line was long and we are... understanding the staff those what they can we were patient when they asked us to wait about 5 minutes that they would bring usour drink. It took over 20 minutes and I had to remind them we were waiting, what was sad is that instead of saying somethingthey just handed us our drinks and 2 cards closed the door in my face. There are definitely some locations you'd have to avoidand for me this is one. Read more
The employee named Tuesday was the most rude lady I?ve ever encountered in customer service. A couple in front of us told us to... go ahead as they weren?t ready. Ms Tuesday acted like we had cut in line, she gave serious attitude while taking an order evenafter we reminded her that the couple told us to go. The ?shift supervisor? did NOTHING to correct her until I said I didn?twant her taking our orders ans excused her myself. To top it off, the order was incorrect. Brand new, Great Staff. Good Coffee. This location is on the west side of A1A north of US 192. It has about 20 parking spaces, a... drive through, indoor and outdoor seating. We utilized the drive through on this visit and were very impressed with the staff.We had a puppy in the car and decided with our regular coffee/tea order that we would order a puppacino (cream in a cup) for ourfurry friend. The staff was efficient friendly and so nice to our puppy. I definitely plan to stop here again and hope you will to. Read more
