This, Wendy?s is probably lower than a one star it?s raining no cover over the drive-through I pull up the woman expects me to... have my window down with pouring rain and wait to tell her what the order is why the water from the rain rushes in my car. Theyhave no consideration. This is the third time in the last month I?ve come to this worthless Wendy?s, Wendy?s corporation shouldinvestigate why they have such lousy service at the store and Indialantic the worst of the worst. I get the 5 dollar biggie bag comes out to 5.35 with tax. 99 percent of the time they get it right frequented the restraunt for... 3 weeks for lunch every day and only one time they got my order incorrect. Friendly staff and outstanding service. Read more
The night was going great until we met Nathania. Her poor customer service skills has left us speechless. We got through the... hostile tone we were met with in the drive thru, but it was the constant, "Is that it? IS THAT ALL? WHAT ELSE?" that caused usto stop and look at each other in disbelief just to confirm that neither of us were crazy. Was this woman really trying ourpatience in a place of respite? We took a breath and regained our composure and continued. It was when my sister asked forloaded fries when we then realized that there was a problem... Nathania responded with, "What do you consider loaded fries? Ifyou look at the board you can see all our items..." Almost as if to berate my starving sister. Again we paused, and took yetanother breath. When we got to the window we got our drinks with a million straws and spoons and she told us to move up by thered bars to wait for our food. For some reason we received the drinks at the window but could only receive the Frosty by the redbars. As we received our bags everything was fine until we saw we received just one sauce for each bag. So we backed up to thewindow and got no answer so we went around to the drive thru again and politely asked for some more sauce only to meet againwith Nathania as she reluctantly and condescendingly explained to us that she packed our bags herself and that she remembersputting the sauce in there. We had to clarify and say that we thought it was two sauces per meal and all we wanted were twoextra sauces. She charged us $0.68 and gave us a receipt with a side of attitude... Again. We were fed up, but that wasn't theend of it. On the journey home we noticed we didn't receive a single fork after ordering several loaded fries. The receipt forthe sauces also stated cheese sauce almost as if she couldn't write us a receipt for the original sauces we wanted. Customer service was great, the food was a little cold and old. We were there with the lunch rush so it was a little surprising... on the food quality, but overall was not bad. Quality was still good, just could've been better. Read more
This Wendy's is the best in the county. The food is so good, so fresh. The fries, the chili. Awesome. Grilled chicken, burgers... are juicy, fresh, hot, killer. This place rules. Love the Fanta Zero stuff. Sometimes the service is slower, but you cannotrush perfection. It is worth waiting for. I hope they keep the love going. Read more

Food was alright but person at the cashier was picking his nose while taking my order and serving my food very disgusting.
