Best Chinese food in the Melbourne FL area. I enjoyed their dim sum before the Pandemic, and I hope it comes back. I recommend... the Peking Pork, the beef chow fun, eggplant in garlic sauce. I found this restaurant the other day and wanted to try it. I wasn't thrilled. I ordered the Mongolian beef is the Mongolian... beef, extra spicy, and the hot and sour soup with an order of fried rice. Nothing was spicy. No chilis were evident. The beefwas ok, tasty enough, but it wasn't spicy. The fried rice was bland. The hot and sour soup was flavorful but not spicy. Phenomenal! The staff / owner were attentive and kind. It is also apparent the ingredient quality of the food is high. The... vegetables, mushrooms, etc are crisp and rich. Others look and taste more fake and sugary but this restaurant has real food. For example, the sauces had more flavorinstead of more sugar. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. I ate here hundreds of times since I was a kid and never had a bad experience!! This place is quiet and peaceful if you want a... quiet restaurant. I wanted to try something new and I been wanting to try Scezhuan Chicken and it was the BEST chicken I everhad!!! it was so good I got 2 plates and the other for dinner tonight!!! This has become my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant in Brevard, of the ones I have tried. Worth every penny! Their fried... rice is perfect, Hot and Sour Soup is full of veggies, egg, and tofu, and has the perfect balance of hot and sour. Their KrabRangoon was so fresh. And our entrees we're large and they spiced it up to our liking. I 100% recommend this place to anyonelooking for a good Date Night spot, or for a family dinner. Atmosphere is great for either.
