You might read through some of the reviews and think some of the feedback is exaggerated. I filled up with gas just before we... pulled into the drive through lane. The total time it took from that point until we left was 44 minutes. Had I known it wasgoing to take that long, I absolutely would not have gone there. Two stars because although the total time was so long, the timebetween ordering and getting our food was less than 15 minutes, and the food was decent. With all of that said; there's no way Icould justify going to this location again, the service times are unacceptable. Read more
Fricking HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I ever have to go to the drive through again I might as well camp in my truck as I wait in line...
The service was so slow. 2 people in front of me cancelled their food because they waited so long. I ordered on the app to make... things quicker. As I was sitting there people were coming in ordering and getting their drinks and food before me!! I justordered a coffee waited 10 minutes and finally had to go to the counter and all how long it takes to pour a cup of coffee It wasan additional 5 minutes before I received my coffee. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. This store is consistentlyslow! Staff need better training! Read more
Absolutely love this Tim?s! Emerald Park Tim Hortons messed up my order twice in one visit. Came home and had to stop at... Indianhead Tim?s for my daughter and while I was there they offered to fix my order for me! On top of that I always have awesomemorning smiles when I order my morning Cappuccino. Five stars!
