One of the best restaurants we have ever eaten at! Something delicious for the whole family, excellent service, wonderfully... clean and inviting atmosphere. We ate here twice while on vacation at Indian Lake and both times were greeted with friendly andprompt service. The food was so good and I would make the ten hour drive just to come here again! After a fun filled day hiking Snowy Mt Fire Tower Trail and only eating beef jerky decided to stop at this spot on the way back... to cabin. The lady at the bar was super friendly told me the special they are having sounded great so grabbed that with a rumand coke for $15. All and all ended up going the next day for dinner. We had a great time at Indian Lake Restaurant. In fact, we went there 2 times in one day. The 1st time, my buddy and I went to... the bar for drinks. Valerie (a sweetheart) made a perfect gin martini. Then, we played pool on a bar table and joked withValerie and the staff who were super friendly. We all went back for dinner that night. The menu had some interesting and uniqueitems. The chef KNOWS how to BBQ. Chicken legs were meaty and perfectly smoked. Ribs were cooked to competition perfection andsauced expertly. For appetizers, try the duck wings and the Brussels sprouts. This is comfort food brought to a higher level ofcreativity and expertise not expected in a rural establishment. Read more

I would?ve rated it lower had our server not been so genuine and friendly. We were seated immediately and any staff we... encountered were great. Our order was taken promptly and food delivered at a great pace. 2 people in my party thought theirburgers were bland. My Alfredo was pretty basic, did the make the pasta or bread the chicken in house? It?s a small town and wewere passing through. If I lived nearby, I?m sure I?d be back! But as an out of towner, I don?t think I?ll plan for thisrestaurant to be a future destination. Read more
