Went in yesterday afternoon with a friend. We sat in the drive thru for several minutes and the line did not move. We then... decided to go inside thinking that would be faster. A big shout-out to the gentleman working the window this morning, who noticed the doggo in the car and offered a "pup cup." We... had just come to the vet where we had a less than ideal diagnosis, and although the dog was clueless to it all, it was acosmically well-timed treat. I really appreciated he went out of his way to offer it to us, even though it took extra time tomake. I was told they had new management so I decided to try this location again. It?s worse than before now! The coffee is not made... correctly and always tastes burnt now. The food is absolutely disgusting?the new mini pancakes were so hard that they literallydidnt tear but snapped apart and the pepper-bacon sandwich has two nearly see-through pieces of something that could possiblyresemble bacon. PLEASE send a regional or district manager to this location to help train! I understand they are short staffedbut there?s no reason that not one single person there can make a decent iced coffee. So I have always had good experience with this place however this morning at 7:40 I ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese wake up... wrap which came to a total of $5.31. But can someone please explain what in the heck is this. Like there is no real bacon and Imight as well just have gotten their egg and cheese wrap which would have saved me $2. I didn?t have time to go back because Iwas already back on I-74 and with traffic would have ran late for work. This just tells me to not go to them again. Read more
Staff is friendly but they cannot make a coffee. Ive gone several times and have asked for iced coffee with no sugar and little... cream. It is literally cream with a little bit of coffee every time! How could someone drink that? When you make the coffeedoesn't anyone think hmm that looks too light? Nope they don't care enough to train someone how to properly make coffee. Theydump so much you can still see the creamer at the bottom of the cup. Not going back ever again. Read more
