Brought the family of five to eat, and ordered 78.00 worth of food. They would not except my 100 dollar bill. Blaimed an... employee that accepted a fake hundred some time back and they tried to take it out of her paycheck!! Counterfeit pen $12.00. The last 2 times we've ordered subs from Firehouse they've been wrong and didn't seem fresh. A turkey club is easy enough but... not for this place. However I do have to say that there are few and far between more and more fast food / sandwich shops thatthe quality, service and employees attitudes have become totally careless and even rude. Love this Firehouse subs. Fast service, happy friendly folks, and great food! However, can you replace the high chairs? Broken... straps and super sticky and dirty seats. Little ones should be sitting in clean seats and strapped in. Otherwise, keep up thegreat work! Read more
Every time I order ahead I have to wait an extra amount of time, generally 10-20 minutes. I understand that with staffing issues... that is the new norm, but I witnessed some pretty unsanitary work practices. I saw some guy put a couple subs in a bag, thenproceeded to put said bag on the ground to take them out to place in a bigger bag. He then took that bag from the ground and setit up top on the counter where they load up the subs with toppings. I get it, maybe he was new, but no way is that somethingthat should be done in the food industry. Read more
Our school just placed a very large order for students involved in an after school activity. My experience with the manager,... Paul, could not have been more positive. My order was ready when I arrived and employees helped me load it in my car. I evenmade a mistake with one of our orders and Paul gave us an additional meal in a hurry free of charge. The students loved the substoo. This store exceeded my expectations. We will definitely use Firehouse in the future for similar events. Read more

The "5 cheese mac and cheese" is stouffers white cheddar Mac and cheese and for $5.00 you get a small bowl of it- fyi. The... sandwich was as light as possible on meat and the customer service was awful. 0/5. Will not return. Read more
