The drive thru got my order completely wrong, didn't give me a receipt so trying to get the issue fixed was difficult but I want... to hand it to the manager Alex, I could tell that he was having a difficult night and through the chaos he was able to directhis team not only to fix my order but also keep up with the traffic coming through the drive thru as well as a couple door dashorders. My food was fresh and made correctly so shout out to the expo and cook working the shift I came in for. All in all I hadto give it at least 4 stars for the initial mix up but they earned some points back with they way they made it right. Irecommend this location if your not short tempered and able to understand things happen, were all human and life will continueon even if it took an extra 5 mins to get your order right. Read more

I was very ?Not impressed? because I went there around dinner time circa 5pm and they did not have regular chicken prepared; I... had to WAIT 17 minutes for them to prepare it; yes it hot and all, but for me to go to a chicken place and have to wait almost20 minutes for my food was unacceptable. I will probably return because there is no other KFC near me, plus the chicken is GOOD. Read more
For the large fries, you get small portion in the large box. But you will pay for large.
Do not order online! I ordered an additional breast ($3.50) but did not receive it and when I tried calling the store no one... answered. To have to drive back to the store with gas prices the way they are, isn't worth it to me so I'm taking a lost on the$3.50 and they just lost a customer because they don't answer calls. Read more

I took two stars because not only did I have to wait because "their computers were acting funny",which I was patient about...but... what in the baby chicken is this? I got two number ones with fries....I had to give my son one of my pieces because they wereso small. And that is a picture of the thigh...no cookies either. If I could give zero stars, I would the experience I had last night was horrible. I have added a picture of the chicken that I... ordered the wings were RAW and cold. When I ask for my money back they did process a refund however, I feel as if they shouldhave processed a refund on the whole order. They apologized however, this is very very sickening if I would have given mydaughter these wings she would be just as sick as I am. Read more
