I was rushed through drive thru, I asked the lady that was handing out my food was everything correct. She said yes. So I get to... work and I have a folded egg instead of the round egg I paid for. I think bags need to be checked before they are getting handedout. Especially if you are gonna rush the customer. Get that in order. Read more
This location is extremely disorganized. The order hadn't been put into the system and after 20 minutes of waiting the employee... finally addressed me and put the order in. The Employee was extremely rude and dismissive. Please improve the way that you aretreating 3rd party drivers. Placed an order through the app for breakfast, before they were finished serving breakfast. Was in line before they were... finished serving breakfast. By the time I got to the speaker, it was 11:00 exactly and they said they could not give me mymobile order. Told me to call the number on the app to get my money back, as there is no option to cancel the order. Thecustomer service center is not open on Sunday, so I will not even be able to resolve this issue in a timely manner.
