I was rushed through drive thru, I asked the lady that was handing out my food was everything correct. She said yes. So I get to... work and I have a folded egg instead of the round egg I paid for. I think bags need to be checked before they are getting handedout. Especially if you are gonna rush the customer. Get that in order. Read more
This location is extremely disorganized. The order hadn't been put into the system and after 20 minutes of waiting the employee... finally addressed me and put the order in. The Employee was extremely rude and dismissive. Please improve the way that you aretreating 3rd party drivers. Placed an order through the app for breakfast, before they were finished serving breakfast. Was in line before they were... finished serving breakfast. By the time I got to the speaker, it was 11:00 exactly and they said they could not give me mymobile order. Told me to call the number on the app to get my money back, as there is no option to cancel the order. Thecustomer service center is not open on Sunday, so I will not even be able to resolve this issue in a timely manner. I paid forbreakfast and arrived to pick it up on time and was refused what I had ALREADY PAID FOR. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
This my second time coming here after work. First time I arrived at 3:10am. They told me they were serving breakfast only. 2nd... time I arrived at 2:50am. Again, they told me they have switched over to breakfast only. I order breakfast, they said it willbe a 30 minute wait. Read more
Visited this McDonalds today and i feel that the customer interaction was minimal, i used the kiosk to order my food and from my... understanding it was supposed to be brought to my table which it was not. Fries were not hot and just the overall experience wasjust not good, I feel I've could have gotten more for my money somewhere else. Read more

Last few times something has been forgotten. I'm not normally one to post negative reviews but how do you forget an entire... happy meal?! And the time before that both large fries that were part of a meal were not put in the bag. Ordered through the appand you can't do anything about it on the app. The phone number doesn't work either so can't call, and I'm not about to driveback out once I've already made it home.
