Great food. Local eatery. Had a Coney Special, and it was a lot of food. Definitely more than I expected. Will happily return,... though. Prices are about $2 more than what?s advertised online, but for a sandwich, side, and soda it was cheaper than fastfood and much better quality. Read more

It was a quick in and out but it felt like simple honest food and service. The corn beef was great the grilled cheese was good... and the cheeseburgers was just OK, looks like industrial frozen patty and the cheese was not melted. Read more

Egh. Better than Sun Valley Family Restaurant for sure, especially breakfast, but how does a breakfast joint not have biscuits??... This is the South (though most aren't Southern). Can they not offer English muffins (huh?) and biscuits? We all know neither are"homemade" so just buy some frozen biscuits. Typical US Food Service mass-produced food. It all tastes bland and boring whereverone goes. Man, I miss the "mom and pop" REAL breakfast joints... Read more

This place has gone so downhill. it used to be good - very good, even. But not anymore. The last couple of times we have come... here the food has been borderline inedible. I got the country fried steak, which used to be a good order. The gravy was so thickand floury and the steak wasn?t even crispy, at all. i can?t believe they let it leave the kitchen like it came to the table. Also, they?ve been telling everyone that the oven is broken which is why they don?t have biscuits?for over a year and come tofind out today the waitresses just don?t want to come in early to make the biscuits themselves so they lie to everyone and justsay the oven is broken. I?ve never seen an establishment go so far downhill. We will never come back and honestly, that?s sadbecause we love supporting local. Read more

Definitely was expecting a bit more from here. The ?homemade hashbrowns? led me to believe they had more to them then just... shredded plain unseasoned potatoes. I ordered sausage fried egg and cheese on wheat toast, the sausage Pattie?s were about 1/4of the size of the bread, the toast tasted stale and my eggs were scrambled. My boyfriends eggs were also made over easy afterordering fried. Extremely over priced for what it is. Read more

Pretty good food and decent prices. Place is tiny and could use some renovation, but it's nice. I quite enjoyed the Coney dog... :) Edit: It has since been renovated. Food still bangs too ???? Read more
