Tried the Shaq-a-roni pizza. Loads of pepperoni! Really good. I like how Papa John's sends texts to let you track your pizza. It... said it would be ready in 14-24 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous service. Called to place an order and the woman was high out of her mind. Had to repeat the address over... 10 times and she was incoherent with slurred speech. Either my intuition was correct and she was stoned or she was lazy andshould not be working in customer service. 0 star rating. Read more

This place is a joke. Ordered a pizza and had it delivered. Opened the pizza and everything was off the pizza. It honestly look... like the pizza was thrown in the vehicle or fell. I placed an order for a specific time. While I realize that traffic can be a bear near me I felt that it would be a guarantee of... getting in time for a couple of kids that had to be somewhere after school. It ended up coming 45 minutes late to which I had tofind a convenience store to get them something to eat along the way. I understand this happens but not when you schedule it acouple hours early. Also forgot my sauce for my garlic knots and for the second time I ordered extra peppers but didn't getthem. I paid for them but I didn't get them. Doordash guy took off before my daughter could give him a tip. Even though I'munhappy with the service I believe that people should still get paid. I don't think they checked it before it left. Honestly I gave them a shot like 6-8 months ago and waited 2 hours for a pizza... because they don't use their own drivers -... they use door dash. Decided to give them a shot today and was told 41-51 mins online... Well over 70 mins now and the pizzahasn't left the store yet. They messed up our order once again... Yes.. they have messed up our order THREE times now. I didn't read the reviews until... tonight... Take them seriously! They don't check the pizzas going out for delivery. It has taken on average an hour to get thecorrect pizza (which they did for free) after I called within 5 minutes of receiving the order and also gave us a free pizza fornext time. This location is the worst Papa John's in all of Charlotte and surrounding areas. The pizza on the left was supposedto be half cheese and half chicken and pineapple...
