I was told that it would take 25 minutes for chicken. I actually had some time to wait. I didn't get my chicken until an hour... later. I've heard bad things about the service here. I explained to the person I've been more than patient. She said she droppedthe biscuits. I told her I would have appreciated it if she had told me. I write on behalf of the citizens of Indian Trail and as someone who formerly worked at Popeyes, we deserve a better Popeyes!... This location is consistently plagued by understaffing. I remember the horror of the chicken sandwich release. Waiting countlesshours for chicken sandwiches. Now things have normalized, but waiting times are still bounds beyond the competition. I hopesomeone in Leadership will read this post and find some reason to do what we need and make Popeyes great again. ???????????? Read more

Poor Popeyes. They are experiencing the same staff shortage as other fast food places. I walked into the dining room and stood... in line to order. Then one of the employees said we all had to leave- they were closing the dining room because of short staff. So, then I got in line at the drive-thru. I sat at the speaker for 15 minutes before I could order. It took me about 40minutes to get a simple order for myself. Crazy! I guess this is the new reality. Read more

I enjoyed my meal from here. I usually love to get the fish sandwich :( but they were sold out! Maybe next time!. This time i... got there chicken tenders with mash potatoes,delicious .. although i was given lemonade instead of water ,being a diabetic,thatsnot too good for. I went today and their service was terrible, I understand being understaffed but if it get to the point you mid treat the... costumers just close. The meals they gave us maybe had 15 fries in it they gave us more sauce than food. The inside they hadclosed so I didn?t even try to take it back. Read more

There's a lot I could say about my lunch time experience here but I'll stick to the highlights. To start off, when I came in the... dining room the staff were cursing each other out. That didn't stop the entire time we were there although it did seem like theywere at least goofing off and not actually mad. As a slightly positive note, we did get our food correctly and timely. Halfwaythrough the meal, I went up to the counter to get some jam for my biscuit. There was a younger guy leaning against a counterstaring at me. I waited for him to come up and help but he would not. We stared at each other for a minute until he took hisphone out and placed his other hand about 3 inches inside the waist band of his pants. That was a little gross. A manager endedup helping me in the end. It seemed like some employees were genuinely working hard and doing their best. Others did not evenlyslightly care. Don't expect to get full eating at this place. I counted a total of 5 pieces in my popcorn shrimp "meal" that might have shrimp... in them. The rest are tiny pieces/crumbs of fried bread. This is about the 5th time I've tried getting popcorn shrimp here withthe same result. I will not be eating here again. Read more
