They do not follow recipe directions here and never make the same smoothie twice. Can?t count how many times I?ve received a... smoothie messed up & there?s no one to contact. Will no longer order. Staff at this location dont know what they offer and are rude. I ordered thru the drive in whey protein enhancer which is... clearly written on the sign. Argued with me it wasn't, refuses to come out and read their own sign and then said they would doit this time. Why would I trust that my order would be correct? Never be back. Read more

Hi my name is Aniyah I had came to smoothie king and gotten me a berry smoothie , I usually check my items before I leave but... this particular day I hadn?t. When I had gotten home I found a hair in my smoothie. It had a horrible smell. Poor customerservice , definitely rate a 1/10. I went into this smoothie king and it was awful. Those employees do not have name tags so I don?t know any of their names. I... will be going to corporate because this is so disturbing and disgusting. I saw an employee that is light skin and big in thislocation smoking in the store and I saw a big black boy and a small white girl walking to Wendy?s while there was people in theline. Also, I was in line and I saw an employee at least I think because he didn?t have on any smoothie king uniform on but hemade a smoothie then walked out and drove off and he look like a Mexican. My smoothie was made incorrectly. I don?t know how, but I ended up with coconut in it. I can?t have coconut. So I wasted my... money. Is it possible to get a refund?
