This place recently opened and since we love taco bell we couldn't wait. That said, there's nothing worse than getting home and... finding out part of your order is not in the bag! WE'VE GONE 3 TIMES AND ALL 3 TIMES THEY HAVE LEFT SOMETHING OUT. It's a cryingshame kids are so incompetent today that they can't get something like this right. If this offends you then grow up. I?ve visited this taco bell roughly 5-6 times. All around 1 am near closing. I always get the doritos locos tacos and the... workers get my order right every single time. Every single time the tacos are hot, fresh, and never once have I gotten a badtaco that looked like it was just thrown together. The workers here are polite and very nice. This taco bell has a lot ofintegrity for staying open even after 1:30am. I know a lot of people can relate with me on this but other joints close up anhour beforehand or tell you their machines are down so they can avoid serving late night while they stand around talking andwaiting for the next shift. not this taco bell tho. this taco bell clutch for the late night munchies. Typical fast food place. Shorted us on fiesta potatoes. We ordered a few orders and they must have been low because they put... barely anything in them. One of them didn?t even have sour cream. Also ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and they just forgot thegordita part of it because they just gave us a hard taco. I guess don?t expect anything crazy. Super slow service. I ordered one soft shell Taco and a water and it took 20 minutes for them to get it. You have to place your... order on the kiosk and not at the counter. The girl behind the counter only said "OH MY GOD" instead of offering any help. Ihave never visited this location but will never again. Read more
A little dissatisfied with this one at Indian Trail this time. I ordered a soft taco, and it took them too long. They were more... concerned about the customers on the drive-in than the ones inside the store. I waited more than 20 mnts to get my order, butgot some else's food. Glad I noticed that and returned it. Then, I had to wait a little longer to get the right one. Once Ireceived it, the envelope where the soft taco was supposed to be placed, was torn and some of the taco fell on the paper bag. So sad, more than upset. Good customer service attracts more customers in order for your company to succeed. Read more
Late nights get truck driver and Luke inside open the door so that we did not need to stand in the drive thru to order. The... service was great. The food was fast and hot. They really were curious to us. After a cross country hike it was great to getinside and get hot food. Thanks Luke and staff!!! Read more
