Wish I could afford to give a 20 dollar tip and I might have been able to eat tonight. Got there at 3:30am and saw it was a... packed house so I waited for it to clear out some, went in to give my order at 10 til 4, was told they were closed. I thenwatched another guest have to give a 20 dollar tip to get served. Ended up driving to the monroe waffle house, finally sittingdown to eat at 6am when I left my house at 3am. We?ve visited this location numerous times lately and can?t say enough good things about the experience. We?re a large family (8... total) and the service is always flawless and food is great as always. We usually dine in during the evenings and have hadTyernee (please forgive the spelling) but she?s great and does a wonderful job! I truly can?t say enough good things about thislocation and especially the evening server that does a phenomenal job. Read more
There food is beyond perfect everything, super simple menu and food! No problem for anyone of all ages. The place is open 24/7... so go whenever you want to! Read more
Lazy lousy restarted staff! Avoid at all costs! I can?t even say the customer service is terrible because I didn?t get any.... 7:15am I sat at breakfast bar 21 minutes by myself without being greeting or helped what so ever. Not to mention there seemed tobe plenty of staff and only a family already seated at a table. Never will I return. Read more
Believe it or not, this was our first time eating at Waffle House. It was very busy when we arrived and had to wait to be... seated. Once seated our server Yvonne was wonderful. Friendly, cheerful and efficient. The food was served quickly and was verytasty. The reason for 4 stars is that the vents in the ceiling are not clean. Read more
Food was excellent as usual. Service was friendly and welcoming. The equipment and floors were relatively clean for a ... breakfast shift. But?. I looked up????. Every air handler and vent was covered in grease filled dust. It has to be impossiblefor some of f this to not fall into food sometimes. I mentioned it to the shift manager. She said they needed specialequipment to take it down to clean. I replied, ?That?s a really bad excuse.? As I was suggesting that a ladder, a rag, soapand warm water, weren?t special?, she walked away.
