This location will waste your gas and time by getting your order wrong and making you wait forever. Staff is somewhat friendly,... but can't read an order correctly. Don't go to this location if you don't have an hour to waste and $13 to throw away on a poorquality burger and fries. Went down to a local restaurant down the street and it was cheaper and they got my order correct afterhaving to cancel my order at this place. Read more
Sit through the drive thru for over 45 minutes, get through it to realize missing items, correct those, get home to realize more... missing items. Edit: one month later I sit through the drive thru for 45 again to give them another try to and I arrive home torealize 2 of 4 burgers did not have burger patties on them. No more. This location is. Something positive has changed at this location recently. The customer service here FAR outshines other fast food nearby. Today,... my order accidentally got removed from the que, and when they discovered it, half the staff jumped into action to complete it. Iwas given up sized fries and offered other freebies to make up for wait. BTW, I teased one employee that he looked like SideshowBob from The Simpsons. He had a great sense of humor about it. So, in the long run, my order was slow but the whole experiencewas one of the best parts of my day! Finally, I will add more stars of the would turn the dining room TV from idiotic Fox News. The food was good but I didn't like hearing the way the manager talked to his employees. It was downright rude and disrespectful... especially infront of customers. Treat your employees with respect no matter what but especially in front of customers. Read more
Very clean. The workers we?re friendly. The food was great and it was ready for us very fast. This Wendy?s has been here for a... really long time, but it looks new inside.
