We have gone to this Chipotle for years as usual y it's good, but the last few times we went our orders were wrong and we live... 20 minutes outside of town so going back to correct it is more of a hassle than it's worth. Either stuff is missing from theorder or stuff is added that we didn't order. Disappointing because we like this place. Read more
I don't know if I got a bad batch or something, but the salsa and guacamole I got here were two of the nastiest things I have... ever put in my mouth. Food was prepared pretty sloppy and the bowl was almost all lettuce. Chipotle isn't know for having thebest food, but I don't usually have to just give up. Read more
My husband and I decided to eat inside and it was so disgusting, the tables, floors and drink area was so dirty. Thank goodness... I carry wipes in my purse. I got a bowl with hardly any chicken, my husband got a burrito and had to eat some of it with a forkit was full of rice and meat. Maybe if you had someone take care of the dining area, more people would eat in. Read more
I normally don?t leave reviews especially when it comes to food service because i?ve worked in food service ever since I was 15... (so i know how it is), but I feel I have to after this. I had ordered my food online and it was a simple order. The order cameout pretty quickly but when I opened the bag it looked like everything had been thrown in there. The foil was not fully foldedon my side tortilla and the lids were not fully put on the containers. The containers were covered in sour cream and juice fromthe tomato/corn salsa. My chicken taco was poorly wrapped in foil and all of the toppings had fallen out into the bag. My sidetortillas were wet from the juice. It was disgusting? I paid for what?? The food is still good. That's the only reason we didn't walk out. The dining room was a mess, so was the food prep area. We... watched an employee go out, change a garbage, and go back without collecting the mountain of glass bottles and trays. Food onevery table, garbage on the floor everywhere. A bit disappointing. The guy preparing my meal really skimped on the chicken. In fact, he did the same thing to the guy behind... me and he had to ask for more chicken. But when it came to the rice and beans, oh, they piled it on! I'm not a big fan ofChipotle anyway and this visit didn't do anything to change my mind. They weren't very nice either. But this location was inIndiana, PA - a college town so anywhere you eat is a gamble. A much better choice would be Umi hibachi! Fantastic food and yagotta do the bar! They make it so much fun!!! I ordered online about 40 bucks of stuff with my girl. We were in the parking before the order was completed. She went in as... soon as it said complete. I drove home about a mile and a half, for the burrito to be stone cold and quite literally dripping sobadly it fell apart. It tasted atrocious, only heat and cilantro, and the queso was missing.
