Ordered a sandwich. The bread was pure white. Not totally baked thru. The inside of the sandwich was burnt. Cheese was melted... out of the bun and burnt. Pepperoni was burnt to crisp. Taste was terrible. Had to throw it out. Very disappointed. Read more

I think I'm done ordering from this store. Toppings are typically chintzy. When I order spinach it's thrown on top and dries up... in the pizza oven. Most recent order pictured below: ordered pepperoni, extra mushrooms, extra cheese. Got the usualsparsely-placed, minimal mushrooms; cheese was not noticeably more than usual; and was over-cooked. Ordered $50 worth of pizzas and they were all burnt and over cooked. Smelt like burnt crust walking in the door and turns out... everyone's pizzas were being burnt because they couldn't figure out how to lower the temp of the oven. Instead they send outburnt food. I had them remake the one and they gave no apologies about the problem. Then while I was there the staff choose tostand around and talk rather than answer the phone that continuously rang off the hook. Never again will I spend my money atthis place! Read more
Pathetic excuse for delivery service if you live in apartment building. They do not deliver to your apartment, so you have to... either meet them outside or never get your food. Had the delivery woman be extremely rude and dismiss my concerns then hang up;once I finally made it downstairs to the door I found no food. ??????????? icing on top of the cake was it was late at night andI was getting off a long shift so I was tired and hungry.
