Use to love going to this dunkin but the last 2 visit I was there the service is ridiculously slow waited 10 minutes just for us... to order in the drive through... there was only 2 cars us and someone eles. Waited another 10 minutes for the car in front of usto get one coffee lol waited another 10 minutes to get our coffees and one was wrong. Once again it was not busy. Read more
The Pumpkin old brew was pretty good but I just ordered Snackin Bacon and there were only three tiny little shriveled pieces in... the bag. I can't see that being an accident. Read more
My family and I love getting the frozen drinks, we usually get 3 frozen hot chocolates and the frozen matcha. This location... continues to need up the order every single time without fail. We always ask for extra chocolate and extra matcha, we've triedasking for double flavor, extra flavor powder, etc and they still come out looking white and taste like pure milk. It's about$20+ for 4 drinks and they are all basically milk. We started going here about 2yrs ago and the drinks were amazing, the lastyear it's like no one there cares about quality and its just been worse and worse with every visit. Read more
Had the new brown sugar cold brew and all of my wildest coffee dreams came true! The staff is their usual sweet and kind selves.... If Corporate has any spare goodies it should go to this staff at this store!!! Seriously! Also you can tell the quality of thecoffee used I?ve never been this awake! Is this real life!? ?????? We visit this Dunkin on a fairly regular basis and have always had excellent service. Food and drinks are done correctly, staff... are friendly and helpful. When the lobby is open it is usually very clean and well organized. This Dunkin does get VERY busy inthe mornings so please expect delays both in the drive thru and walk in. Read more

Terrible service they put 4 glazed donuts in one bag what a mess. Then very young girl while I was waiting for her ring me out... she was taking ordered made hand gestures about guy taking so long Shame on her then told another employee to finish order hewas taking to long. This review has nothing to do with the service or items of this place but more who designed this place? Y?all have it setup... where your drive thru traffic spills in to a main road causing major traffic backups on both sides of the road. And y?all put asign to not block the drive way for the restaurant but not to not block a main road. Other than that I?ve always had greatservice here.
