As far as McDonald's restaurants go, at this location the drive-thru order takers seem to be a little less rude and impatient. ... I have long considered myself to be a McDonald's aficionado, and am quick to point out undercooked fries, stale buns or souredtea. No problems with the food here. The broader problem with McDonald's nationwide began in 2016, when every order takerbecame an impetuous jerk, no thanks to the greedy corporate mandate to shave drive-thru customer order time as if it were anolympic event. "Yes, I'll take a number one..""DOES THAT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER?" "No, I'd also like a Filet-o-fish..""WILL THATBE ALL?"... This national Mickey D's customer service deficiency is less prevalent at this location, probably because it is inour perfectly sleepy little hometown of *yawn* Indiana, PA. ;) Read more
Just got home from grabbing McDonalds only to find out that I wasn?t given anything similar to the right item. Im not really... sure how this happened since the store wasn?t overly busy and the item was clearly labeled, but it?s ridiculous that I wascharged for an item I didn?t receive. Neither of us can or will eat the sausage biscuit in place of the meatless McGriddle weasked for. Next time I?ll light $4 on fire instead and save some time. Read more
Went through the drive thru for some burgers to snack on. Neither the person who took my money nor the girl who gave me my order... seemed like they cared about their jobs much and just shoved my money and food out the window at me. All the McDonalds locationsI go to anymore seem to be lacking company wide but yet, these kids get paid more and more to do less. Heck, they don't evendouble fold a food bag anymore. Read more
I took my friend Mick here and he wouldn't stop laughing about how fun it was to go to a restaurant that had his name in it. He... is Siberian so he had never been here before. He ordered six large fries and a small coke and we fed the seagulls at the localpark while throwing rocks at the seagulls at the laundromat. We watched them fight and I started to understand the seagulls muchbetter. They have a hard life, seagulls. Seagulls go hard, negative capital. Five stars. ?????? Read more
Rude employees. Got our orders wrong on the screen, went to the window and they were rude, realized our orders were wrong even... after correcting them at the screen, told us the meal we ordered wasn?t a meal it was rung in as all separate items, they didn?tgive us a receipt so we couldn?t fight it, told us we had to pay for the extra fries we wanted even though they were ordered asa meal. Employees were rude as hell and the place was entirely empty when we went but it took awhile to get service. On top ofit, we were told to wait for the food and it was ice cold when we got it.
