Probably the worst experience Ive had ordering food. Driver says he made the delivery, knocked on my door and I didnt answer. ... Funny because I was in my living room waiting for him since I ordered. I call after an hour and a half (I recently changednumbers - my bad)and get a girl with the worst attitude ive encountered in the service industry in 15 years. I drove from homercity to pick up xlarge cheese pizza and cheese bread 14inch. I get there and open box and see pepperoni so I... have to now wait 12 Mims across the parking lot yo get the rest of my order....not cool!! Ur people boxed the wrong thing not mydoing .really disappointed rn Read more

I ordered two of their papadias one meatball pepperoni and a custom one that was bbq ham bacon pineapple and they were... delicious. The price for one is very reasonable and the service is fast and they were very friendly and polite. Read more

This has got to be the worst Papa John's location. I ordered my pizza and then an hour later it shows up lukewarm. If I wanted... to wait an hour for my pizza then I would have went somewhere local for better quality. Also, this pizza does not taste anythinglike Papa John's. There is hardly any sauce and the cheese tastes OLD. Papa John's has high prices for "quality" ingredients. Iwas more than disappointed with my pizza, I was MAD. Read more
This Papa John's circulated coupons then wouldn't honor them then when you question them about it they were very rude and tell... you if you don't like it call corporate. Customer appreciation day went very badly for this store. I contacted somebody higherup at Papa John's through their Facebook page and was told this is not how this was supposed to have been handled at this store.I understand accidents happen but you're never rude to your customers. I was promised coupons for my inconvenience it's beenover a week no coupons and no call backs. The pizza gives me heartburn anyways so I guess I'm not missing much. UPDATE gave themanother try after 3 years we really wish we hadn't and just went somewhere else. We're not going back there ever again luckilythere are much better pizza places in our area we don't need them. The wrong crust and the pizza was disgusting. They obviouslychanged something. A Frozen pizza is better and cheaper. Also and even more unnerving was they were aware of or unhappiness allthose years ago and made a point about it in an uncomfortable and odd way. That encounter almost made us not want to eat thepizza. Luckily the pizza sucked and the other half went in the trash.
