It took over an hour to get our food. The restaurant was not at all busy. Our waitress took our order and left. She came back... and put ketchup on the table. Never refilled our drinks. I had to ask the Host to find our food. She never apologized for thelack of service or the huge delay in getting our food. Read more
As always I love their food and their salad bar. I was surprised to see that the help there except for one. All seem to be... pretty robust. And 95% female. I don't have a problem with the female count. And they did serve me well. Their size just seemto be a little disturbing. Read more
I love Ruby Tuesdays. They now have a value meal section on the menu and you can get an appetizer, entree, and dessert for a... very affordable price. My son and I went to lunch here when I was in the area picking up a Kohls order. Ruby Tuesday used to my favorite chain... restaurant. I used to go almost the time in Lancaster, Pa until they had to close. Now that I live out this way, I was sohappy to find this one. I absolutely love the salad bar (especially the pumpernickel croutons) however, the prices have goneup considerably to add the salad bar. You used to be able to swap the salad bar as one of your sides. This in particularlocation doesn't seem very clean. It needs a refresh. The carpet is nasty! The food is still excellent, at least the NewOrleans Seafood is, that is my favorite. They don't seem to put much care in presentation, my plate was a mess. Read more
