It took over an hour to get our food. The restaurant was not at all busy. Our waitress took our order and left. She came back... and put ketchup on the table. Never refilled our drinks. I had to ask the Host to find our food. She never apologized for thelack of service or the huge delay in getting our food. Read more
As always I love their food and their salad bar. I was surprised to see that the help there except for one. All seem to be... pretty robust. And 95% female. I don't have a problem with the female count. And they did serve me well. Their size just seemto be a little disturbing. Read more
I love Ruby Tuesdays. They now have a value meal section on the menu and you can get an appetizer, entree, and dessert for a... very affordable price. They were short staffed and we had the bartender as our waiter, we didn't have to wait long for anythingand he was amazing! I honestly don't think I've ever had a problem here Read more
My son and I went to lunch here when I was in the area picking up a Kohls order. Ruby Tuesday used to my favorite chain... restaurant. I used to go almost the time in Lancaster, Pa until they had to close. Now that I live out this way, I was sohappy to find this one. I absolutely love the salad bar (especially the pumpernickel croutons) however, the prices have goneup considerably to add the salad bar. You used to be able to swap the salad bar as one of your sides. This in particularlocation doesn't seem very clean. It needs a refresh. The carpet is nasty! The food is still excellent, at least the NewOrleans Seafood is, that is my favorite. They don't seem to put much care in presentation, my plate was a mess. Read more
3.5 stars. Our seating hostess and waiter promptly served my husband and me for lunch. We enjoyed the taste of the foods at the... salad bar as well as our entrees of fish and chips and a chicken sandwich. I want to see the employees wearing their face masksproperly rather than on their chins. Furthermore, my husband?s stomach felt slightly upset after the meal. Read more
Very rare to go out to eat and like and enjoy every single thing you order, but let me tell you we did here at Ruby Tuesdays!... Ribs was fall off the bone juicy crying that there wasnt more amazing. I want to go kiss the chef on the cheek awesome. Shrimp... fondue is a must for a starter. The smoke house burger was cooked to perfection. The New Orleans seafood platter was just to diefor. All flavors where on point going right through awesomeville. Kelly and her staff are very friendly food comes out just asyou order it. It is a must to come too in Indiana Pa. Read more
