Constantly understaffed and excessively busy. They allowed mobile orders when their store /cafe door was locked/closed and... forced everyone into drive through line The mobile order/app should have stated this and declined mobile orders during thistime. I come here quite a bit but the last 3-4 times ive been through the drive thru ive waited 20+ minutes on my order. I have no... problem with waiting when busy but these times they were not that busy and when i got to the window they'd give me half theorder then come back every few minutes to ask what all i got and i see them all standing in a circle talking inside. Absolutely amazing place! Staff are always incredibly friendly and accommodating to your needs! Anything you order there always... tastes great and is prepared well! Great place to grab a fancy drink or to stop in for lunch! One of my favorite gems inIndiana! Read more
The wait time at this location is absolutely unnecessarily long. 15 minutes at the window currently waiting because... Frappuccino's "take a while" I have never experienced such a lack of urgency at a Starbucks. I am watching the staff standaround and chit-chat, have no been reassured my drinks are coming. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Customer service is notprioritized at this location at all......make that 20 minutes at a drive thru window for 5 drinks. Staff members more concernedwith eachothers birth months than providing good service. EDITED TO ADD I HAVE NOW RECEIVED 4 DRINKS BUT THEY FORGOT THE LASTDRINK SO WE'RE WAITING EVEN LONGER. an apology to the 15 cars in the drive thru behind me. Read more
The drive thru is deceptively long due to the location, but it?s not their fault. It?s a coffee shop in a college town; it?s... going to be busy. I?ve gotten gift cards as an apology for the wait time, and I appreciate them trying to appease customers forsomething out of their control. The baristas are always nice, and even if they?re out of certain ingredients (again, especiallywith supply chain issues, not their fault!) they offer different suggestions and substitutions. If you?re in a time crunch,online ordering and in-store pick up are always a safe bet. Read more
Clean and quite busy. The cashier was rapid fire with the orders and there was only three people running. One at the drive thru... window, one doing orders and one taking/doing orders. My only my -1 star is that the nitro cold brew is down. That was quiteliterally the only reason I go into Starbucks. But the service was amazing Read more
I stopped in at this local Starbucks because I was in Indiana for work. The staff was friendly and attentive. The entire store... was clean and was led efficiently. The drinks that we ordered were made with precision. It was a stellar experience in everyway. I highly recommend this Starbucks! Read more
