Came in with family friends. Food was ok, service was good, but my God? The way the lady in the kitchen talks to the employees!... I am not sure if she was the owner or not, but that is just unacceptable. I will not return simply because of that reason. It?snot a surprise they are short staffed and have hiring signs up!! I've ordered from here a number of times and each one has been a disappointment. For example, yesterday I ordered a fish... sandwich in a lunch order with some of my co-workers expecting it to be similar to Venice Pizza, or 9th Street Deli especiallyfor the price of nearly $8. What I got was something worse than what would be on an elementary school lunch. The "fish" was overfried, incredibly thin and didn't even cover the bun. Also, NO TOPPINGS (unless you pay extra of course). It was pitiful. Iended up taking the "fish" off of the bun and it actually cracked apart. All of my other co-workers were also disappointed intheir order. In the past, I've ordered their salads and each one left me feeling ripped off. Italian Village Pizza and 9thStreet offer twice the portion size for basically the same price point. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. Read more

I ordered a pizza today for delivery to my grandma for her 91st birthday. The staff had no issue writing a note on the box for... my grandma and delivering her pizza and drink to the nursing home! She said it was the best pizza she has had in a very longtime! I will use Tom?s again whenever I can! Read more
First time there and last time there. Xlarge with extra cheese. Pizza has so little cheese it was very very dry. Crust was salty... and burnt in some places. Had to get a cup of sauce to dip pizza in and the sauce came out cold. Server very pleasant resturantwas clean. No dishwasher was on duty do we had yo wait for some one to clean a pitcher so we could get soda. Price wise it'svery over priced. The couple by us had the same problem with their pizza so I know it just wasn't us. Read more
The pizza is good, crust and ingredients are on point. The place just doesn't have it together for to-go service. Don't plan on... this place for anything other than sit down and even then, plan to wait. Called ahead twice for pickup: "30-35 minutes." Show upat 35 minutes, pizza hasn't even been put in the oven yet. Front of house is yelling at back of house for a pile of orders..Excellent product, fumbles on delivery. Read more
