Cashier doesn't know the register, which resulted in a wrong order. Seemed to have baffled the team. All done thank you wendys.... Lost a customer for life. I suggest more training. Also 1/2 the staff not wearing gloves while handling the food. Gross. Read more

I don't leave reviews too often, but as someone who's frequented Wendy's since I was a kid, this is one of the best I've had.... Food is always hot and placed neatly in the bag, no upside down fries or anything. Soda is always crisp. Staff is alwaysfriendly. Lines can move a little slow sometimes, but I can't hold staffing issues against them. Read more

Terrible experience today at Wendy's. Drive-thru cashier was not very friendly. When I went to eat my Avocado Chicken BLT, I... noticed something didn't look right. On both sides stuck to the cheese were pieces of parchment paper. Not only is it completelyunacceptable and careless, but it is also hazardous. I am lucky that I caught it before I ate anything.
