Went thru drive thru. The location is dark on the outside so I always wonder if they are open. Food was great and service was... fast for an Arby's. Read more

Staff are friendly, and food is what you'd expect from Arby's. Overall, it's good. The area it's in has unfortunately gone into... a state of near abandonment. Read more

As a company how do you allow your employees to close a store 2hrs early?? This an acceptable arbys policy I guess because it's... not the first time for this store and many others in the area. Glad to know there is NO ONE monitoring this. Read more

"If I'm being respectful to you lady that was working at the drive thru last night around 9:40pm & all I'm saying is Hello,... Hello Ma'am/Sir., Hello, How are you? Excuse me are you all open? Because at first you didn't say anything. Don't wait after3-5 minutes later & yell, "I'M WAITING FOR YOU TO FREAKY ORDER!!!". That was very rude & uncalled for. I don't know who madeyou mad before, I had came, but you definitely took it out on the wrong person Ma'am. I see why you were working by yourselfnow Ma'am. You're very rude. Thank you". Read more

I was extremely disappointed with this Arby's location (E. Washington & Franklin in Indianapolis, Indiana) on my visit on... Saturday, July 16, 2022. There was a huge "DINING ROOM OPEN" sign in the window, yet when I went there at 7:40 p.m., the doorswere locked. With extremely high gas prices and high heat and humidity, I don't use drive thru windows anymore. I get it, it'seasier and cheaper to keep the dining rooms closed. However, hanging a sign stating "DRIVE THRU ONLY" would be a more HONESTapproach and save people time from getting out of their cars only to find the doors locked. I won't be visiting this Arby'slocation again. Read more

I purchased the new Burger on East Washington and Franklin Rd. This is by far the best fast food burger I've ever had. Great Job... Arby's. When people joke and ask, Who is keeping Arby's open?" I laugh and say it's me. I'm keeping Arby's open. I always ordersm. curley fries, or 4. mozzarella sticks, with 6. premium nuggets or the fish sandwich when it's on the menu. Now I'll addthis burger to my favorites. The day that I purchased this burger, I had a sm. curly fry and small Dr. Pepper. The burger isbig. I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Thank you Arby's. This one's a keeper. Read more

I went in here because the day before I had went to the Arby's in Beech Grove and the service and especially the food was... horrible. So I went to this location the next day and showed them a picture of a roast beef from the beech Grove location Iasked the guy if they're roast beef look like this and he made a face like ewwww and he said no ours does not, this location wasextremely helpful, very nice and listen to me complain about another location but at the same time understood why I wascomplaining I appreciate them for being so friendly and listening, so I purchased two roast beef from this location and thedifference was absolutely insanely crazy. Here will be two photos the very very dark nasty looking one is from Beech Grove andthe nice pretty one is the one from Franklin road and East Washington can you see why I was upset at Beech Grove?? not tomention I spent $45.68 that night for dinner to disappoint four people.
