This restaurant is a joke. Half the time the lobby is closed. Takes 30min to get a large fry and a coke. Constantly understaffed... and today Arbys is out of roast beef lol ! What a joke! Not a good look for the brand! Can?t believe the corporate suites wouldlet a owner let this this place be so run down! Read more
They do one order at a time through drive thru I guess I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to take my order and when I... pulled around there wasn't any other cars ahead of me they are super slow and lazy workers for sure has to be management's faultthey should be fired for running this location like this. I pulled up in drive thru and guys says Be with you in moment. Ok no problem I will wait. 5 whole minutes go by and I say hello... you there. He says I will be with you ma'am. I decide to drive off and not get food there and there was six cars behind me andone in front. So when I get around to the window there is no one in site no one around any where. We were ignored at the drive through order area, we initially thought just maybe the speaker was broken. So we pulled up to the... window and several people walked by and ignored us there too. I am quite patient and would understand if they had at least comeon the speaker or to the window to greet us and ask for a moment but we were just ignored. I?m not one to write a negative review, especially considering how short-staffed every place is. However, this location should... seriously consider lowering the menu prices to coincide with the wasted gas by the time spent idling in your car in the drivethrough! I ordered through the app and since the lobby was closed. I tried to call in, thinking maybe I?d be able to have ithanded to me while I parked but nobody answered. Called 3 or 4 times and it just rang all the way through. Sat in the drivethrough for over 45 minutes just waiting. My time would?ve been better spent just parking my car, walking over to Kroger, andjust getting something from there. Read more
Food was great. Manager was helpful when I asked to put am ice pack in his freezer during my meal. But the restaurant itself... shows signs of being too busy for the quality of staff... I'm not sure how they stay so busy. There were no small lids for thedrink cups. There is only one caffeine free soda option (a sprite-type soda). And there was no ice available in the diningroom. But the food is fabulous, and it kept me out of a burger joint for one meal of my road trip, so I'll probably be back.:-) Also, only one stall in the restroom, but at least it is clean and handicapped-accessible. I give this store 2 stars only because the food is OK. However, the service SUCKS. No dine in, the drive thru is seriously SLOW,... and the attitudes of the help is HORRIBLE. I know everybody went thru a bad time during covid but it's been awhile. For God sakeOPEN YOUR STORE, get some good help (it's out there). NO MORE EXCUSES. I would love to come to this store again. It's been awhile because every time I did go it was as I had stated in this comment. I keep going to other Arby's that are farther away butit's because I do like Arby's from time to time.
