I ordered a French dip meal. I didn't get my au jus sauce. That beats the point of having a good sandwich. I am not mad. All I'm... saying is next time make sure you guys give the customer the au jus sauce. I used to work at a fast food restaurant, I know howit can be. Sometimes mistakes can happen. I love Arby's. Got fries and tenders. Fries were ok, but the tenders were rock hard. Had to throw 3 of 5 tenders away because I couldn't bite... into em. Orange cream shake is good though so 2 stars. Read more
