I recently experienced beach bum for the first time at the beastside brewfest and I was pretty disappointed. The pulled pork... and Mac n cheese were okay, but by the time I got my brisket and gravy, both of them were cold. Still, the q was good. However, the brisket and gravy was absolutely disgusting. It smelled and looked like vomit. I took one bite and threw it out. I smelled it two other times at the event and the people around me would comment on how bad it was. Beach Bum BBQ came out with some amazing vegan dishes that CAN NOT be found anywhere else! Great food and even better people!
Amazing bbq. Pulled pork is very good, but the Chopped Brisket is out of this world.
