Not sure how I haven't given beholder a review yet - we go monthly, throughout the pandemic. If it's currently Tuesday- Saturday... stop searching for restaurants and just go get dinner here. The most inventive, constantly changing menu in Indy! If you justwant to test the waters go grab their Wednesday/Thursday special which is usually dinner and a drink for $20! Read more
Staff was AMAZING!!! The waitress went above and beyond when I asked about gluten free options. The Wings were the perfect... balance of heat and layer upon layer of flavors. They cause my internal to rise creating three to four beads of sweat, but wasnot soaked. In my mind that make the perfect HOT WING! The Double Bacon Burger, no bun, (gluten free option) with yukitan friescaused me to stop and saver each bite. I have been seeking out a spot that can provide something similar to what my wife and I experienced on the East coast as far as... fine dining, and this place hit the spot. The oysters and scallops were a pleasant setup, and the the meso glazed sablefish hitme like a sick bass drop. The sherbert was incredible. I should not have had to look so hard to find this place. Without fail, we always have a very, very fine dining experience here. Great cocktails and seafood, etc. but for me the really... unique hidden gem here - the ice creams! Some of the most inventive and perfectly textured ice cream of all time. Most recently,the grilled banana flavor topped with parmesan was completely KILLER! Honestly, it’s what really motivated me to write areview. Everything else is amazing, too, but the ice cream is totally one-of-a-kind. Read more
Great service with creative and delicious dishes. The chicken wings were crispy and flavorful. The squid ink pasta was perfectly... prepared and fresh. Another dish we ordered was the beef tenderloin (not pictured) and it was so tender and yummy. The Desertwas outstanding! The key lime crumbles ice cream is dreamy. Excellent cuisine. The menu is extensive and seasonal, and it is of particularly high quality. Definitely a fine dining... experience. It can be pricey, but it's worth it, and they have different deals on different nights, so check them out before youbook. It comes highly recommended.???? Read more
Had dinner at this place last night. The atmosphere was great, the customer service was great, the food was delicious. Was nice... to see the chefs in action from our table. The Brussels sprouts-delicious, the octopus-delicious! Nice deserts, pumpkin seedice-cream and passion fruit sorbet. I wish they had frozen margaritas though. The one on the rocks was not bad. We got the Pink Oysters and the sauce they were in was amazing. The server suggested a perfect wine pairing. Then we had the... bone marrow, and lamb which were also both delicious.
