This location was great when it first opened - but now it is awful. Mainly the service. The people that work here are rude and... get very defensive if they mess up and you point it out to them. Today I went and got a pretzel, I used Samsung Pay to pay formy order. I did this while the girl was getting my pretzel. She came back and said 3 times, in a nasty tone the total when thewhole time their pin pad said "processing". Then the girl said "well our pin pad has been freezing up all day" like that is myfault. I asked if she wanted to try running my card behind the counter. She snaps back with "thats the only place to run a card.Is cash an option today". When I told her that all I had was my card she said "hold on" and hit her screen hard like she was soannoyed that I was there. She then had me try again and it went through fine. She was just an awful person and should not be ina customer service position. I don't think that I will be going back again. I hate Auntie Ann's but their service is better so Isuppose they are the ones that deserve my business. Read more

Best pretzel place i have been to. You can get a pretzel for only 2 bucks on Tuesday and Thursday

More ppd (pretzel per dollar) than the competition and delicious with the nacho cheese sauce. Best pretzel place in the mall.

I have worked in food business for years and have a particular eye for cleanliness when around restaurants. When I walked by to... order some food, there was no one at the counter, they were all chatting at a table. I also noticed someone's coat and itemssitting on the counter where the dough was.
