I was blown away by my experience at blue Sushi! I had actually never even tried Sushi before coming here and I decided to... expand out and try it. I cannot remember exactly what I got but Everything I got was phenomenal for being my first try! I wasgenuinely impressed! Our appetizers were also delicious and our waitress was super friendly and accommodating. Overall, ifyou’re staying at the Ironworks Hotel, this is another joint I’d recommend! Was wanting Sushi and this place did not disappoint. We went based on the location and reviews. No regrets. It was a great night... with my husband and definitely a special treat. Price was higher than other Indy area sushi places, but worth it! Highlyrecommend having a reservation if you want a bigger party though! We sat at the sushi bar and had no problems, but it got busy. Fantastic dining experience! We went for sushi happy hour and were not disappointed with the selection. I had the salmon sashimi... specialty and black tuna, which were both phenomenal. Oh, making a cameo in my picture is the Blue Mule, which I also highlyrecommend! Atmosphere was very cool, and it wasn't overly busy. Pleasant and helpful staff rounded off an overall top notchvisit. UmmYEAUH! If you like/love Sushi and cocktails this is the place to be. Sorry I can't remember the names of the rolls but I had... some type of deep fried salmon roll and my sis had some type of Hawaiian roll. Beyond delish! Customer service was amazing withthe drink selections. I had some type of Rose maragarita OMG! The vibe was laid back, not too loud or crowded. The service wasfast and the drinks were not watered down like most places trying to save a nickel or two????. I can't wait until the summerwhen we can sit out on the patio at night. I will deduct be back. I plan to suggest this place for all of my clients as ameeting spot. Definitely my new favorite sushi spot. Read more

Wow! No wonder this place, Blue Sushisake Grill, is treated to in Indy. Phenomenal doesn't give enough credit. Every roll had... it's very open texture and flavor. The Sushi chefs here are top notch. I really enjoyed my meal here! The space is beautiful and paired with the service made for a fantastic dining experience. Our... server was pleasant and gave great recommendations. My party tried 8 rolls in total and every single one of them was delicious.Their cocktail menu was fresh and innovative - something for everyone. We went here specifically because someone in the groupwas vegan and they had a decent selection of vegan rolls. My friend said they were the best vegan rolls they have had outside ofNYC - and I agree! You should definitely give this place a try! Read more
