This was the worst experience ever. I?m a big fan of Boston Market, but not this location. The restaurant looks deserted and... old. There was no ice in the machine. The food was terrible!!! 2 meals of meatloaf, corn & mashed potatoes & one chickensandwich for 36$. Meatloaf tasted like it came from a can. The corn was re-cooked or over cooked. Mashed potatoes were probablythe best. However, we all ended up not eating it all & throwing it away. I?m very disappointed!!!! No wonder it?s empty. If I could give this location an F I would. Dirty and run down. Boston market should be ashamed to have this location as part of... their franchise. The food was not good and way over priced, we ended up throwing part of it away. Two pulled pork sandwiches,two scopes of mashed potatoes and two drinks (2 combos) $26. After reading the rest of the reviews almost all were correct. Alsojust like the other reviews the AC must not work, very warm inside the restaurant. Employees were very nice at drive thru when ordering and at window. Helped me pick out a lunch meal combo. Good price. Not too... big. Chicken dark meat was really good. Had corn and rice with a drink. I will be going back and I recommend too. Read more
I would like to give a big Thank You to Samara the manager at this location and her staff. She went above and beyond her job to... make my order right due to an miscommunication. Due to the store closing on Friday because of the AC not working my order wascanceled which I was not aware of that. I proceeded to call the store and did not reach anyone until Saturday. I eventually wasable to talk to her and she was very professional and understanding of my daughter and I not receiving our food. To shortenthis story she took it upon herself and personally prepared my order with a few goodies for my grandchildren and delivered it tome. Read more
This is usually all time fav restaurant for a quick dinner. Sunday evening after the race, it was a disaster. The family meal... chicken was so burnt I threw it out. The chicken Cesar salad lettuce was funky and croutons soggy. The mashed potatoes weregood. The steamed mixed vegetables were just plain crunchy broccoli. Saved Thanksgiving day. Long story short. The fridge went out after we had bought everything for Thanksgiving. Lost it all.... Went to Bob Evans. Wait was to long and they were out of ham and some sides. It was a mad house. So we regrouped and went toBoston Market. No in-store dinning. There were 3 groups in front of us. The line move very fast. We ordered. They had all thesides. Had to wait 10 minutes on the turkey to finish. Everything was fresh and delicious. They were very fast and efficient.
