I went with my whole family to celebrate my father's birthday and it was a great experience. I cannot remember the name of the... waitress who served us, but she was so friendly, kind, and attentive that it left an impression. It wasn't very busy so we gotour food quickly, and it was great. We specifically went to this location, 1. Because they took reservations so we didn't haveto wait like we normally do at the downtown location. 2. I am from the Chicago region and was visiting two friends who live in the area when we decided to have lunch at Bru Bar. We... arrived around 12:30 p.m. on a Thursday and were greeted promptly. We were a walk-in for a group of three and were also seatedquickly. Our server greeted us, and I could tell he was in a frenzy. (It was busy). However, that did not stop him from beingpretty great! My friend had The Beginning Burger, my other colleague had the Impossible burger, and I had the Sriracha CeasarSalad. My colleague couldn't stop raving about his burger and was thrilled to see a vegan option. My salad was AMAZING!! I washonestly second-guessing the hot sauce with the Ceasar dressing, but I am so glad I still decided to try it. I also addedgrilled chicken to my salad and was happy I did. I cleaned my plate and even anticipated purchasing another Sriracha Ceasarsalad to go. However, I am disappointed that the nearest Bru Burger is about an hour and a half from NorthWest Indiana. I received a gift card from CRG based on a horrible experience at one of their restaurants. I'm so happy that we chose Bru... Burger! Our server Lindsay was a bit flustered at the beginning, but she recovered amazingly! Food was good. The veggies on ourburgers were fresh. As was the tomatoes in their ketchup. Visited on a Saturday night and was able to be seated immediately. The restaurant is very clean. The drinks are a little weak;... at $10 a cocktail, I wanna be able to taste the bourbon in the delicious Bramble On cocktail. The onion rings were very thickwith batter and spongy, but reheated at home on air fry they became crispy. The honey chipotle burger doesn't really read honeychipotle, but it's still a decent burger. The bread is well toasted, the pork was seasoned well, and the burger tasted nice butwas a little loose in texture. The charcuterie board was really good. This Bru burger is located right opposite side of Fashion mall and have ample of parking spaces. I enjoy going to Bru burger in... downtown Indianapolis so thought of checking this location out. Unfortunately the server who helped us was either new or notvery well trained as we asked for beer options and I asked about the difference between 2 beers which I was getting confused onand she had no idea what the beers tasted like which was OK at first but when my brother in law asked the similar questions on 2other drinks she was not sure on that too. After pacing the orders for out burgers they turned out well. So food was good onlything the service we got was not up to the mark. This was my second time at this location and it was as good as the first. My waiter (X) was great. He knew the menu very well,... was able to communicate my choices and let me know the different price points.
