Service was pretty good or waitress was great. The environment however, the building has a damp mildew, like smell made a dirty... carpet smell maybe.tge restaurants floors were trashed we were seated at partially cleaned table, and the floor was filthy!Crushed chips and French fries etc. beneath out feet, I will never. Do that again. I've normally sat at the bar which isprobably why I never noticed how gross the floor was under the tables. At least the food is good, that I must admit! Amber was Great she wasn't even our waitress but she seen us sitting to long and took our table..Attitude was Great...Service... was Great and she went above and beyond for us which is very rare these days. Doordash didn't post my review, so here we go then. I received a completely different order. Which means that I didn't actually... receive what I ordered. According to the previous reviews, I'm not the only one with this problem. I would not advise orderingdeliveries from this store. There is nothing you can do after it's done, other than getting a refund. But a refund is not whatyou ordered if you know what mean. Read more
I ordered through Uber eats, and I got none of my condiments and only one of my sides. If I had the ability to drive out and get... my own food, I would have made sure it was all there before I left. However however the nature of my job is that I cannot leavefor the entire day. I was super excited for this meal, but with no condiments, no celery or ranch, I'm only half of my order,I'm very highly displeased. I used to work for Buffalo Wild Wings years ago, and find the food to be amazing and the companydecent, however, Noticing these things clearly listed on the receipt, but missing from my order, I'm very highlydisappointed. The food was good and fresh the only down side is they only had one waitress. She had to cover all the tables by herself. They... had other staff there but none was waiting tables. She had awesome customer service always kept a smile on her face. Read more
Went here later in the evening. The place only had a few tables with people, and it seemed like plenty of staff. The girl that... sat us was polite and upbeat. Our waiter came over after a few minutes for our drink order. It took him so long to come back weordered everything together but specifically requested the appetizer come first. One person got their entrée. No appetizer. Ididn't get my food. Almost 10 minutes later the appetizer comes along with my entrée. The food did NOT taste good. I was highlydisappointed. When I got the bill I was charged for a soft drink, but only ordered water. I'm not sure I'll go back to any BWsbut I can guarantee I'll never go back to this location. Read more
