The food was horrible, was seated soon as me and my kids arrived ( it?s was only 3 of us ) and the place was empty but still had... to wait over 1 hour for food that came out brunt. The waiter was wonderful but the cook is terrible. Cheese sticks was so burntthe cheese was gone but the crust was still try hard as a rock , I received a discount but somehow still paid 32.00 and tippedthe waiter 5 but I?ll never go there again!!!!!! Absolutely awful. Honestly I?m not sure why they don?t just close it down. It?s obvious the employees don?t want to be there... anyway. Then, they wouldn?t have to worry about it. My husband called numerous times to place an order and never got an answer.He thought maybe they were busy and headed to the restaurant. He decided to keep calling on the way there just to save a bit oftime. Upon arrival, as he?s still calling, there are 4 employees AT THE FRONT laughing and playing right next to a STILL RINGINGPHONE! Just super lazy, uncommitted employees. The manager seemed to be confused and clueless. A novice manager is probably nota good idea on one of the busiest nights for the restaurant. I?d be happier if this location just didn?t exist altogether.Choose Broad Ripple or Castleton instead if you want good service and hot food. The Pendleton Pike location is GHETTO. Howembarrassing for the management team. This was our last visit to this location. At this rate, they?ll be closed down in no time,and I for one will be glad to see it go. Read more

Horrible!! They told us 45 min, we get there exactly 45 minutes from when we placed the order .. the kid tells my husband "I... don't know how much longer cause the kitchen is behind" we waited another 12 minutes... THE FOOD HAD BEEN SITTING THERE THEENTIRE TIME!!! THE FOOD ICE COLD!! Fries soggy and gross, my Buffalo Chicken ranch wrap looked like a baby wrap... normallytwice the size of what I got! Worst dining experience in my 28 years. No host was available to seat us. We sat ourselves. Waited 10min to be finally... acknowledged. Was given dirty menus. Maybe only 4 tables where seated. The place was filthy. Waited another 10min. We put ourdrink order in waited another 10-15 min to get our drinks . The server was nice and apologized for the wait. We put our foodorder in and waited 1 hours for 20 wings . When we finally received our order it was cold. We asked for it to be reheated andwaited another 20mins. We got our food back and the food was still cold . At this point I asked for a box to go. Let this be alesson DO NOT Dine at any restaurant under 4.5 stars if you want a good+ dining experience ! I waited for an hour and half for cold food. The waitress brought out my appetizers with my food, so of course my appetizers... were extremely cold. The cheese on my nachos had hardened how long they sat in the window. I ordered a burger and tots withqueso, my burger came out with cold hard fries. When I told the waitress I had ordered tots with queso, she came out 10 minuteslater with tots barely covered in what tasted like old queso. It was a horrible experience. I even had to track her down fordrink refills. I thought about speaking to the manager but I didn?t want a complimentary meal next time, as there will be nonext time. I would prefer to travel 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different location if I choose to ever go back toanother Buffalo Wild Wings. Read more
Horrible experience. There was only 1 other table of people in the restaurant and it still took 30-40 minutes to get our food... while our waitress walked around snacking. And then we get our food and the carrots were wet and slimy and the chicken was sodry. Got up and left Read more
Bad service every time we have done take out. The attention this place gives you is zero attention. I have tried coming to this... place couple of times to see and hope it?ll change but it just gets worst. Every time we get our meals they don?t put nothingfor carry out. No napkins, no utensils nothing. You have to make sure to check your food before leaving because all of the timethey forget something from your order. This place is the worst of Indiana I have been to others and have had no problem. Theyneed to do something with this place and they need a better manager! Read more
