Buffalo Wild Wings is a family restaurant as well as a sports bar, so if enjoy watching sports having drinks and eating chicken,... hamburgers and other finger foods then this is the restaurant to go. I ordered at 8:54 for 9:20. I didn’t receive my food until 9:35. There was only one table seated at the restaurant, they had... time. They were all just laughing in the back, which is awesome that thy were having fun at work, but the quality was not good.They didn’t even half-fill the fries I ordered. I ordered 10 boneless wings, and they did not give enough. The ones they didgive were tiny. They didn’t give me all the carrots I ordered, and they didn’t give me any blue cheese and celery at all.They completely forgot it. We stood alone at the front for 5 - 10 minutes with no acknowledgement while the staff milled about. Dirty bench, my son sat... in gum tried to clean up but it still got all over my vehicle interior. Once sat we waited another 5 -10 minutes to beacknowledged. At that point we had been there nearly 20 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant. During this time the kitchen staffwas sprawled out over a few tables next to us watching TV or on their phones at "clean" guest tables. This was 630 pm on aSunday and there were probably 10 tables in the restaurant with people at them total. It took a lot for me to write this as I amnot one to spread negativity and on top of that I have waited tables at 3 different restaurants in the past. This would havenever happened at any of them, even at the lowest scale joint where a dinner was under 9 bucks. I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings earlier tonight for an event that an Indianapolis radio station was having. The radio show was... great but I do have several issues with this restaurant. Our server's name was Skyler. We sat at our table for a good 10-15minutes before we were even given menus at our table. I specially ordered bacon on my cheeseburger but it came out with no baconon it (photos below). All of the servers were very attentive to their guests besides Skyler. Skyler was missing in action forbasically our entire hour or so at our table. We never received our bill at our table. I had to go up to the main checkout areaand get a random employee to track down Skyler to check me out. The men's restrooms were in poor shape. The trash wasoverflowing and the urinals were dirty. The floor was sticky too. My wife said that the women's restroom was in wretchedcondition. My wife said that one of the women's stalls had no toilet paper at all. My wife said another stall had a partial rollof toilet paper just randomly placed on top of the toilet paper holder and not inside the holder itself. How lazy can employeesbe? That is so unsanitary. The restaurant probably had only no more than 30 patrons in the entire building during our visit. I very rarely ever leave reviews in general about businesses, but my experience was SO HORRIFIC that I felt obligated to make... others aware - because if I could leave zero stars, I would. Thursday BOGO wings has been a tradition for my family for years.This is, however, my first time ordering from this location for lunch. I placed my order online, and when I received my receipt,it didn’t mention anything about my dipping sauces. I’ve placed online orders before and did not receive my ranch/bluecheese, so I just wanted to ensure they could see on their end that I requested same. I called the store and said “hi, iplaced an online order but the receipt I received via e-mail didn’t show my dipping sauces so I just wanted to call and ensureyou guys knew I wanted blue cheese before my order was delivered”. The woman replied “mam, I don’t even know who youare.” I said, “okay well I can give you my name so you can look up my order…” and she said “ya, why don’t you justdo that.” I said my name was Alex Miller…. And she asked me to spell it. I reiterated again that I just wanted to make surethe blue cheese got delivered with my order. She said “oh my goodness…. You know what sweetheart, I will make sure you getextra blue cheese delivered to you.” I said, okay - thanks…. And she hung up on me. Her entire demeanor and tone throughoutthe conversation was SO. I have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for many of years. This is my first time at this Castleton location whilst I came here... while shopping. The food was great as usual... what parts of it I got. My service was absolutely terrible. No refills, didn'tget parts of my orders, and wasn't even asked if everything was okay by the waitress. Great food, but absolutely horribleexperience overall. Would not recommend this location by any means. Read more

Let me first say the waitress was good. With a short staff she still smiled and checked on us. With that being said the food was... horrible. Bland wings(we asked for them to be fried hard, they weren't) and cold stuck together onion rings all for $70. Thiscompany is phenomenal at it's best but this location made me never want to spend money Buffalo Wild wings ever again. Read more
