Slow service. Understaffed, overworked waiters. Charged for fried pickles even though they were never brought out and the server... promised to remove that item from the bill but forgot. We were seated, not enough menus for myself and 2 kids. No drink orders were taken. I watched 5 different groups of people... seated after us AND drink orders taken. 20 minutes in, still NOTHING for us. We just walked out. Won't be back. I can get subparfood and service elsewhere Read more
Husband, myself and daughter went and the experience was great! It took a bit to get noticed waiting at the front but once... seated I was impressed with the service starting with the waitress to how fast our food came out. Our waitress did a wonderfuljob and had our food out less then 10 minutes after ordering it! Read more
If I could give it no stars I would be happy! We where seated and we had our menus and we where looking to see what we wanted... and we waited and waited and waited for someone to come and take our drink order. Finally my sister in law went to go findsomeone to ask if we where getting service today and (she was not in the kitchen) and one of the waitresses told management shewas in the kitchen! She (sil) asked for a manager and told the manager she has very rude people working here! Finally we had ourdrink order taken and she left and came back about 7 minutes later and took our order (when she took our drink order we alreadyknew what we wanted since it too so long for service in the first place) and we waited and waited for our food I ordered aBuffalo chicken wrap and fries and my husband ordered the cheese curd burger with everything and potatoe wedges and they wherecold all of it!!!! We wouldn't dream of sending it back because it took too long to get it in the first place! So we ate ourfood cold. I would NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER TELL anyone to go to this place! Read more
The server spilled water on the table and a chair just after we were being seated. When the food arrived at the table the food... was like warm at best. We enjoyed the spicy sweet chili sauce, mango habanero and Nashville hot sauce on our boneless wings.Sadly, our server forgot to place an order for our granddaughter, and only found that out when the food was brought to the tableand hers wasn't even there. To make matters worse, when we received our bill it someone else's and it was already paid for. Goodgrief. So many errors at the slowest part of the early lunch service. Read more
Not terrible, not great. The boneless wings were basically smaller sized nuggets. At roughly $1 a piece, pretty spendy. Fries... were ok. Fried pickles were pretty good, but the spicy ranch sauce was a bit underwhelming. The Wild Herd Kölsch was prettygood, as to be expected, coming from Goose Island. And you can get a tall pour for less than the price of a soda! I think theidea behind Bdubs is that you go mostly for the environment, and not so much the food. Read more
Overall ok! Food taste well! Fries cold and server kept on getting drink refills wrong. Did not get fries when ordered and said... he apologized and he put the order in. Fries never came out. Waiter tried his best. Think the kitchen was slow/under staffed! Read more
