I had Grubhub deliver an order that was all wrong. First, my Diet Coke that I paid for was missing. My sandwich didn?t have BBQ... or cheese that I requested. I waited in line at the pick up window for six minutes only to receive an order of fries where that bag was maybe a third full... and they appeared to be cold and fried twice. Both burgers were small cold as well. When I went in to ask for a new order offries, they said it?d be another 5-8 minutes for a new batch. And could barely apologize for the nearly empty bag of coldfries. Who doesn?t have fries ready on stand by at 5:00pm on a weekday? I know it?s fast food, but you?re still collecting apaycheck and the bare minimum should be expected anywhere. There are 10 other fast food places on East Washington to choosefrom?.last time here. Worst burger King ever... I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and was brought the wrong sandwich. The replacement sandwich was... microwaved so long the bun was tough and the chicken was disgusting. The 2 cookies I ordered were raw and the fries weren'tfrozen when they were dropped so they weren't worth eating. Burnt cold and no salt. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, strawberry milk shake and small fries. When I got my order, there was no fries on the receipt.... The lady taking my order didn?t include fries. My daughter was disappointed because she doesn?t eat all the time in the fastfood restaurant. Anyway, I don?t want to go back and order it again. I hope they?re going to fix their system. Read more
Pulled up to the drive thru for breakfast. They have great breakfast when it's cooked right. Usually it's my go to for... breakfast. Employee inside said that location doesn't open till 11. This is just one of many instances at this location. Also,always check your order before leaving. Guaranteed you'll be missing something. Read more
Went through the drive thru. Ordered a whopper meal. Sat for a long time waiting. Get to the window and 2 employees are... wrestling with each other. I'm already irritated because of the long wait but now I have to watch them playing. Finally get myorder and I pulled up to check it. It was a big overcooked chicken sandwich and cold fries. I went in and spoke with themanager. She told them they need to pay attention to what they are doing. She gives me a whopper with no cheese and the samecold fries. I gave it back and told her the sandwich doesn't have cheese and the fries are cold. She hands the bag to anotheremployee and walked off. He goes around the corner and puts a piece of cold cheese on it and hands it back to me with the samecold fries. At this point I'm done. I go to my car get my drink and and come back in. The manager sees me and asks what's wrongnow. I told her to just give me my money back. Again she said what's wrong now. So I told her you got my order wrong 3x and Iwant my money back. She placed the bills in my hand but dropped my change on the counter. I'm seeing red at this point. It tookeverything I had not to come across that counter. Changes need to be made at this location. I don't visit Burger King very often but, We had a good time at this location. The food was hot and didn't take very long to get... finished. Some of the tables were a little dirty but I would still come back to this location again. It's right on the bus linewhich really matters to us considering we don't have a vehicle. Read more
