Well got off of work and was at the restaurant at 6 am. I was told they didn't open for another 15 mins after they turned the... menu sign on. So working all night as a officer, I went to McDonald's on 82nd St where I got my food. Read more
The food isn't always fresh. The guy who takes your money at the register looks very dirty and like he literally just rolled out... of bed. His hairs dirty, nails dirty, and poor hygiene! I'm picky about who touches my food! I wouldn't recommend thisparticular Burger King. Read more
This Burger King is an absolute joke. Every single time I go here, something is wrong. From "cash only" sign in drive through,... to having no chicken, to giving me the wrong order. I know places are hurting for good help but this place is as bad as theyget. Read more
I ordered a few sandwiches and a cup of ice water. They rang up a small coke instead of the water. When I brought it to her... attention, she said they have to ring it up that way and it would be taken off at the window. At the window, they refused totake it off and said that they charge $1.79 for water, the same price as the coke! I was open to exchanging the water for adrink or returning it. The manager was rude, wouldn't speak to me or attempt to fix the problem. They should really tell peoplethat they charge almost $2 for tap water. Read more

It was the worst experience I've had in years and I... should've know better than to eat burger king, I haven't eaten there in 20 years and I know why. I ordered 2 spicy chickensandwiches and tried to order 2 six piece nuggets which was clearly written on the menu 4 piece chicken nugget and 6 piecenugget. Carlicia the lady who took our order said they didn't have 6 piece and only had 4 and 10 piece....stupid. I went aheadand said ok cause my fiance didn't want to make it a big deal. So we went ahead with our order, she said it'll be 6 mins for ourspicy chicken and for us to pull to the front of the building which we did. When we got our food the nuggets had some whitestuff on 1 of the 10 pieces took it back got another one and didn't check the spicy chicken sandwiches because what could'vebeen wrong with them when we just waited 6 mins for them? That was the driest chicken sandwich I've ever had, the chicken wasdried out to where it was dark meat instead of a white meat chicken breast like it's supposed to be... there was zero sort ofcondiment on it which maybe would've helped with the dryness of that piece of meat. I couldn't even stomach it let alone swallowit from how dry it was cutting up my gums and roof of my mouth dry. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER! I sat in drive thru for over 5 minutes without anyone coming to the speaker. So I pulled... up to the window and sat for about another 5 minutes before the workers finally even looked at me. 2 female employees had comefrom the back and ignored me again and I could hear one of the persons, who looked like a manager by the way she was dressed,yelling, swinging her arms around. The other person put on a coat and left. A guy came and told me I had to drive around toorder that they couldn?t take orders at the window. Weird because I could hear her taking orders. She came to the windowSCREAMING at me to leave the window and pull around. I was unable to speak, she kept SLAMMING the window numerous times DURINGher tantrum. At one point , instead of talking an order that I know she could do, she literally left the building to yell to thecars behind me that I was why they couldn?t get their food since I wouldn?t move. There was no one in line when I pulled up. She kept yelling and slamming the window without any concern for me, a customer, because their ?headsets? not working. Insteadshe just screamed. Then another male employee refused to give me her name saying he didn?t know it which was laughable and andan outright lie. She, the so-called manager was a shortish, plump, white woman, with a curly fashionable mullet hairdo. At thatpoint I pulled out - she said if I wanted food I would have to pull around - as if I would trust any food from her after that.She needs to be trained or fired for lack of customer service skills. Not once did any of them apologize for the wait. Sadbusiness practice to scream at a customer who was inconvenienced instead of just taking a simple order. Sad indeed. Read more
