Thier evening drive through service is poor, the quality of food, is always cold
The absolute worst BK ever. This wasn't a single occurrence. I work close by and sometimes it's the only option if I've... forgotten my lunch. The are generally extremely slow which would be ok if they got your order correct. Several times I'vereceived a totally wrong order. Not to mention the times they forget things like cooking your onion rings all the way. Nothingbeats getting back to work and having not just cold onion ring but some that are basically still frozen. TODAY we went thru the DT and waited FOREVER just for me to have to go inside still bc they forgot some food. The door was... locked so another CUSTOMER let me in ???? YESTERDAY when we came thru the lady at the window was a BEAST! She. Was fast andgreat at her job. Ill have to find my receipt but i thibk she said her name was vickie? Today i was NOT happy tho. Especiallysitting in the heat for so long just to have to sit longer. Edit to add: 2 months later I must say they have been doing a goodjob the last few times I have gone. I get my jalapeno bites fresh off the fryer and they are great at getting it done instead ofthrowing some that we're already made back in the fryer (I used to work for BK I know that "trick" and how to tell thedifference LBVS) Read more
Everytime I come in there it?s wonderful, I saw these two boys working the food stations, Jordan and Anthony, the foods always... fresh and perfect, if ever there is a minor mistake those boys remake it and hand it out with a smile, my favorite fast joint inIndy love that BK!!!! Read more
Always love coming here, employees looked like they were hustling out orders, not sure if they were short staffed or not but... that's a good sign if I can't tell. The lady thay helped me was smiling and we talked about the fries and how much I love theimpossible burger. Great experience overall. Read more
For the most part this restaurant is actually doing pretty good in my book. The food always hot they get the order correct most... of the time. And I do doordash and they have pretty quick service even if they have three or four cars in line you don't waitvery long. Great job keep up the good work. ???? Read more
The dining room was clean. That's a given, considering the foot traffic was very low. Ordered through the app, took approx 10... mins for cheeseburger/fry/drink. Typical experience. Read more
This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. They are always out of everything and very rude. They tried to make me pay for... a drive off in front of me. I only had a 20 and ordered 2 ice cream cones and they kept $16 and said I had to take the order offood from the car that drove off. Very dysfunctional. Read more
