I just can't stress enough how good the grouper sandwich was.When we walked in the guy was filleting a beautiful red grouper and... they fried it right up for us.The bun was perfect, the toppings were fresh, and the fish was seasoned just right.I didn't evenknow that you could find fresh grouper in Indiana.All the fresh fish in the counter was beautiful and the smell when you walkedin was wonderful.Its really mainly a fish market, but they've got small tables around the outside of the room so you can eatthere or take it out. We decided to stop by for a fish meal, and we were pleasantly surprised. The Clam Chowda did not disappoint. It was chock full... of clams and potatoes, deliciously creamy and chock full of great flavor. The Tuna Melt was so delicious. The tuna had lots ofwell balanced flavors from the spices and herbs. Surrounded by melted American cheese, and a soft pillowy toasted bun. This wasmy first time trying a calamari steak and it was awesome. The two steaks were perfectly cooked, and downright delicious. I hadone coated in Creole, and the second one was blackened. The corn bread was firm yet soft, the collard greens were perfectlycooked and seasoned. I ate my... chicken sandwich and side of hush puppies before I could take a picture lol. Here's the side of calamari and fish (Basa) andshrimp dinner with okra (AMAZING too) and fries. This place is amazing! Some of the best fried fish I've gotten in Indiana, and the service is amazing. We got some clam chowder... to take home, and they gave us ice to make sure it would be okay while we were out. The employees know the seafood well and willgive you advice about how to cook it. The food was great. Living in the Midwest, I can't say I can speak to what a good lobster roll is, but damn if it wasn't... awesome! And that platter. . .
