Absolutely pathetic. I just ordered the special from here which includes a small chicken sandwich and small fries. First of... all, the guy behind the counter couldn't have cared less about anything. He didn't greet me at all. I ordered and he said 4mins. I came back and the "sandwich" was ready but the fries were not. I use quotation marks because it was a sad excuse for asandwich. There was barely any lettuce so I asked him for more lettuce and he said that it was all underneath. Just give memore lettuce without giving me an attitude, please. Only in town for work however, Friday, May 20 a friend and i decided to visit the mall. We only got drinks at this... establishment, however the man at the register overcharged us and we weren?t given a receipt. Then he screamed NEXT!! before Ieven had a second to put my wallet back in my purse. Very rude and unprofessional. The sandwiches and cheese fries are ok, but the prices are a little high.. $16+ for a lunch combo.
Every time I go here they do pretty questionable things for example I am a young black male age 17 and every time I go here they... do things that make me question if they?re racist 1st they kept asking if my money was fake then the 2nd time I was standinglike 4 feet away from the tip jar and the guy moves it for some unknown reason he didn?t move it when the white guy was rightnext to it so why move it then? Had the Philly, Ultimate Fries and Strawberry Lemonade. Philly was good, I would pass on the Ultimate Fries and get plain or... forego them altogether. The lemonade is ok and just too expensive for something that didn't rate a great review. Read more
Sandwich was great! I was looking at the fries as a side. I asked the employee if the plain fries were as good as ones with... toppings. He says "I don't know." I asked are they any good. Again he says "I don't know." The employees didn't even tell me myfood was ready. Terrible staff...too bad. Read more
Philly cheesesteak tasted good. Service was prompt. Food is cooked to order.
