Went thru the drive-thru. Was pleased w ordering assistance. Concierge ordering, even tho in the drive-thru. My first visit to... Chick-fil-A & I took a few moments to peruse the menu. The Concierge was both patient & helpful offering input as to menufavorites. I, however, wish there was a sampler bundle w a variety of chicken tenders or nuggets to try a variety of flavors; aswell as, a couple of mini sides. As it was I got a spicy chicken sandwich w mac & cheese. Adequate & tasty, but the heat was abit much for a travel order. Much better to sit & enjoy, perhaps inside restaurant. Overall a pleasant experience. I would goback if in the area; but would not go out of my way to go here. Read more

It?s a chick fil a. It?s good. The food is consistent. Drive thru is a huge hit or miss at this location. I?ve waited 15... seconds, and I?ve waited 15 minutes. Just be aware of what time and day you visit at and it?ll likely be fine. Wish it were alittle more expedient during dinner rush though. Read more

I will honestly say that I love Chick-fil-A and have never had a poor experience until last evening. As per normal our order was... taken quickly, and was correct. Here is what was not ok nor up to Chick-fil-A standards. First of all my order was sitting atthe window long before I had to pull completely up. The two young men were more concerned talking to whoever was working insidethan they were with serving customers. Secondly, my food was handed to me without acknowledgement or conversation of any kind.The young man who handed my our food turned back around to talk with the person inside who appeared to be a supervisor of sorts.The conversation was about what type of coffee he planned to have when his shift was over. My niece had requested a bowl, I hadto say excuse me 3 times (I am not soft spoken) before he turned around. Mind you he was at most a 18 inches away. Upon askingfor a bowl the supervisor who was directly in the window said. ?Well she?ll have to pay 32 cents?. My response to that is?seriously I just spent $30?. I am not sure which is more irritating the service, or a charge for a bowl. Sounds petty but trulypoor service. Read more
Super disappointed in customer service affiliated with third party (Door dash). I placed an order of spicy chicken, when the... food arrived? there was no chicken! I called Chic fil a, manager says that because they made the mistake door dash will handleit?! I called door dash just to have them tell me chic fil a will not send the correct order or have delivery. Wow! Make it makesense when a company is at fault, doesn?t want to correct the situation, and on top of that the Manager didn?t even apologizefor their mistake! Man! I very rarely am able to give a perfect score, especially at a fast-food establishment but that was "hands down" the very best... food and service of anywhere I have been in the past year!!! I was with three other people and all of our food was fresh anddelicious! They were very busy and yet still we were ask twice if we needed anything else or if everything was to our liking.Most definitely would and will recommend this to everyone!!! GREAT JOB STAFF????????
