UPDATE: Please note that this review is for the Chick-fil-A at 10 E Washington St, downtown Indy, not the one on the IUPUI... campus, which Google Maps seems to be referencing. This was my first visit to the new downtown Chick-fil-A, which is located atstreet level near the mall. In the past, I have gone to the Chick-fil-A within the mall food court, but believe this may bereplacing that location. I was told by staff that the restaurant has been open for about 3 months. I arrived about 12:15 pm andit was nice to see a crowd of people patronizing this downtown business. I quickly made my way to the counter and placed myorder, which I received while in the process of buying 15 gift cards. Bri, the manager, came out to help Sevastian process myrequest, and they took the time to double check that the correct amounts were loaded onto each card and then placed them intoindividual gift card holders! They were courteous and kind, and lunch tasted great. The restaurant is new and very nice. Theonly potential negative for some customers may be the high nose level, due to all of the hard surfaces, but things improved asthe crowd thinned out. The attached photos were taken just before 1:00 pm after most of the lunch crowd was gone. It's alsoworth nothing that they have a few outdoor tables, but due to the low temperature (the high today was 59*F) and breezyconditions, no one was sitting outside. Read more
Food was good but we waited in line for literally almost an hour, and the cashier had to put in our order twice because she had... put it in incorrectly. Read more
Incorrect hours listed, drove across town to get here at 5 on Friday (listed as closing at 6pm) and they were closed. Driving... all the way to Plainfield now, hopefully their hours are correctly listed. Read more
The cashiers were very rude. I asked for a cob salad with a spicy filet and no bacon. The cashier was bothered because I asked... for it. Then she went to the other cashier and they both were saying things and mumbling. The cashier taking my order was waslooking at me upset. I didn?t know why. After I decided to ignore her attitude towards me I just paid for my meal. As aChick-fil-A employee and a college student I was upset of how I was treated. Read more
This is a university restaurant. It was great and fast service but there is less perks to it. You are not going to be able to... use your chick fil a reward. They seem to have less options compared to a regular chick fil a restaurant. Sometimes they closeearly and their busy times are usually around 5 to 6pm - the time they close. The best time to go to this place is around 3o?clock. Read more
Fast service. Limited options on campus in general but chick fil a is the best of them for the price point. Bad corporate... policies but shouldn't reflect on individual franchise. Overall 4 stars for fast service and good sandwhich. Read more
Fastest Fast Food there is. Also tastes great. Only place I have been that was faster was in London McDonald's, they had foodd... ready even before I Paid. Line was 10 wide and 10 deep. Took just a minute. Read more
I have never had rude customer service until this one . I?m not sure why but a white lady with missing teeth at the bottom was... rude & they forgot my nuggets! I?m so upset that I didn?t check my bag . By far one of the worst ones I ever been too !!! Read more
