I have been to this location multiple times and have been disappointed every single time. The service is terrible, the order is... never right, and it?s under portioned when it is. By far WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. If you ever HAVE to get food from this location go directly inside. NO ONE works... curbside , the drive thru they only attend to the cars on the first lane. great spicy sandwich, line went kinda fast, had to wait 15 minutes for a strawberry lemonade.
Waited for a couple of months for the crowd to subside and finally got the chance to try for first time. The chicken sandwich... was way to salty as were the waffle fries. Tried the fruit salad as a extra side dish. The hospital serves a better fruit salad.Best part of the meal was the soda. Will never go back. Read more
I was so excited to finally try Chick-fil-A. But I was disappointed and so is my dad and mom. The fries were like they weren't... even done they were very soft and totally bendable. Not good. I ordered a chicken wrap and it was terrible. So worried thatchicken sandwiches that my mom and dad got. You think it would have been better because the prices are so expensive. Bad experience! I went for breakfast on Saturday and the wait time in the drive-thru was about 25 minutes. I ordered a chicken... biscuit, hash browns, and a medium lemonade. One small simple order. They had me pull up to the stop sign and wait while theydelivered big bags of food to cars behind me. I?ve never had to pull forward and wait at any other Chick-fil-A ever! If Iwanted to pull forward and wait I?d go to McDonald?s. I counted 5 cars that had their orders and left before I finally gotmine. Will not be back! I went there at lunch time and receive cold fry's, cold macaroni and cheese, and the wrong drink and my Sandwich was beyond old,... cold, and nasty! Ill never go back to this location!! And we waited a lot longer than the Southport store!!! Read more
Reasonable priced, clean even the bathrooms were exceptional. Family atmosphere also the staff are the nicest people that I had... come across. They also got everything right unlike most all places. Also they make sure that your experience is the best youhave ever had. Read more
