Consistently opens later than what's posted online and on the door, leaving customers waiting outside or deciding to leave. Once... you get in, the line takes forever and the meat is often cold. The service and quality here has plummeted for some reason.. Willnot be back. Read more
This used to be my favorite location for almost 10 years. Now, it is by far the worst. The online ordering is atrocious. The... staff is super unfriendly and being serviceable is a chore. I have ordered online a dozen times and you walk in and wait severalminutes for them to ask you your name when it should only take seconds. It feels like they are hiding from you when you'restanding by the counter. Chipotle's standards are not what they used to be and it truly makes me sad. Read more
Was not impressed with this particular store as the food was very bland despite having the options I would normally choose, the... tables and lobby were not well cared for, even for being right around dinner, and they didn't even have a reasonable number ofTabasco bottles out, and no replacement for the only near empty chipotle tobasco bottle. This could have been a one off issue,but it was definitely not a good showing. Read more
Worst experience at chipotle. Waiting in line forever and had a line going to the back of the store. They had only one person... working on to go orders and nobody prioritizing the customers standing in line waiting on food. Yesterday when I went theceiling pipes were leaking water onto the ground with no water sign. Dangerous. The store was dirty and it looked like everyonewas too busy closing early then to do their job. After waiting in line I find out that they are out of ingredients like cheeseand lettuce. They had a full staff around but nobody was taking and making orders. Really annoying. Will not be going back tothis location. Read more
